Cancellation & Refund Policy

Policy Type: Subscription SaaS

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@muxlag.com.

Cancellation prevents future recurring payments but does not automatically trigger a refund unless otherwise stated.

2. eMandate / NACH Cancellation

You may revoke your eMandate authorization through:

• Your bank’s mandate management interface, or
• Contacting us for assistance with revocation.

Mandate cancellation processing may take up to 15 business days depending on banking network timelines.

3. Refunds

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate debits
• Erroneous charges
• Unauthorized transactions verified with the bank or Razorpay

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon successful verification.

4. Dispute Process

Please contact support within 72 hours of any disputed transaction with supporting details for investigation.
